Squires Competition 2010

I entered two classes at the Squires Kitchen Competition - Novelty Mothers Day Cake and Cupcakes with a Fairy Theme.

As this was my first competition I wasn’t expecting to be placed anywhere - but I got GOLD 2nd place for my Fairy Cupcakes... I was told later that the winner of 1st place was only 1 point ahead of me. My Mother’s Day Cake was given a ‘Highly Commended’ which was fantastic as the standard was really high.
