Children’s Cupcake Parties

• Age group: School age 5 up to 14 years. **
• Numbers: Minimum 6 children up to a maximum of 8. (A few days notice for extras is essential. Please let us know in advance.)
• Costs: £20 per head.
• Extras: A Party Tea is available at £5 per head.
• Payment Terms: A payment of £120 is due for the minimum 6 children on booking. 2 extra children (up to 8 in total) can be added and paid for on arrival.
• Themed Parties: On request.

** Children Under 5 We can also cater for children under the age of 5, but this will include the involvement of mums and/or dads. Total number of attendees (including mums & dads) is a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 at a price of £20 per head.

Children’s Party Details – What’s Included

• 6 undecorated cupcakes.
• A windowed box to hold the decorated cupcake to bring home.
• A special ‘One Of A Kind’ apron.
• 2 hours of cupcake decorating including swirly icing, sugarpaste designs (faces, animals etc) and LOTS of sprinkles, chocolate and glitter! Everything is provided.

Adult’s Cupcake Parties
Our adult’s cupcake parties are ideal for any occasions from Birthdays to Hen parties to Baby Showers! The parties last for 3 hours with more detail involved.

• Numbers: Minimum 6 adults up to a maximum of 8. (A few days notice for extras is essential. Please let us know in advance.)
• Costs: £35 per head.
• Payment Terms: A payment of £210 is due for the minimum 6 adults on booking. 2 extra adult (up to 8 in total) can be added and paid for on arrival.
• Themed Parties: On request.

Adult’s Party Details – What’s Included

Terms & Conditions

• Cupcake Parties must be paid for in full on booking for the minimum of 6 attendees.
• Up to 2 more guests may be booked, but please note that prior notice of at least 2 days before the event is required.
• Cancellations must be made in person (or by email) and must be confirmed by One Of A Kind Cake Co.
• At least one responsible adult (in addition to One Of A Kind Cake Co’s members of staff) must be present at each party.

Refunds

• If One Of A Kind Cake Co have to cancel the party due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to re-book you. In the event that this is not possible, a full refund will be given.
• If you choose to cancel your bookings with at least 1 months notice of cancellation, 100% refund will be given.
• If you choose to cancel your bookings with at least 2 weeks notice of cancellation, 50% refund will be given.
• If you choose to cancel your bookings with less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation, all monies will be lost.
